This policy covers collection, use, retention and security of personal customer information that the company uses in providing financial services. Chachalacas Enterprise llc’s policy is to collect and share personal information when it is used to maintain customer security, when law may require it, or when it may be essential to provide normal customer service. Some information is provided to Chachalacas Enterprise llc by customers on applications, such as name, address and income. Chachalacas Enterprise llc may also receive information from a consumer reporting agency regarding outstanding transactions. In all cases, Chachalacas Enterprise llc will limit the use and collection of consumer information to what is necessary for business processes. Access to customer information is limited to those employees with a business reason to know such information. Chachalacas Enterprise llc does not provide personal information to outside companies for the purpose of independent telemarketing or direct mail marketing of any non-financial service. Chachalacas Enterprise llc is permitted by law to disclose nonpublic personal information about customers to other third parties in certain circumstances such as third parties that assist Chachalacas Enterprise llc in servicing utilities, government entities in response to subpoenas and credit bureaus. Who are we?
We are Chachalacas Enterprise llc; a company registered in the United states of America. We have our Call Center based in Managua, Nicaragua. Chachalacas Enterprise llc aims to support its Clients by strengthening Customer relationships by increasing contact and improving the quality of experience. We do this by providing the service of inbound and outbound Call Centers to our Clients. These Call Center may be utilized by our Clients for example by acting as an ‘out of hours’ customer support number. To provide this service to its Clients we may process and collect data on behalf of Chachalacas Enterprise llc’s Clients. The Clients remain controllers of their Customer data, we as Chachalacas Enterprise llc are only Processors of the Client data.
How do we collect and process your data?
Data protection laws in the European Economic Area (EEA), namely the General Data Protection Regulation differentiate between “Controllers” and “Processors” of personal data. A Controller decides why and how to process personal information. A Processor processes personal information on behalf of a Controller based on the Controller’s instructions. When Chachalacas Enterprise llc processes your Customers’ Data, Chachalacas Enterprise llc is acting on behalf of its Controller based within the EEA. Chachalacas Enterprise llc is therefore classified as a Processor.

What data do we collect and process about you, our Client?
We process three types of your data by using our service:
- Client account data.
This relates to the company data, and the persons (‘Users’) directly involved in the relationship between our company and your company. The personal information we process enables us to identify the Users allocated to your account and allows us to help them with any requests.
Such information will include – email address, mobile number, full name, and address.
2. Client usage data
This personal information includes User Communications data for instance. We will make notes on the Users accounts regarding their query and its status and if resolved, how it was resolved.
Such information will include: Communication meta data for our employees’ future reference.
Why do we collect this information?
We process your data as our Client which includes your User data to provide you with our services. We process your Customers data to provide the Call Centre services, namely support for our Clients’ Customers.
How long will we store your Customer account and usage data for?
Chachalacas Enterprise llc will store Customers’ data on behalf of the Client, the Controller, for as long as required by the Controller to provide the Controller with our services that enable our business to operate.
How do we keep your data safe?
By law, we have implemented the adequate precautions for our data transfers from within the EEA to third countries, namely Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC’s).
The Standard Contractual Clause implemented ensures the adequate technical and organizational measures are in place for processing this data outside the EEA. This allows and enables us to provide our site and services to you safely.
